Email problem with 7100R

[stumped]

Ok...I'm hoping someone can explain this one to me.

For the last few weeks, This this has been pissin' me off. I can recieve messages, and can reply, but I can not create and send a new message.

My outlook settings haven't changed. I don't use BES. I have no clue where to begin.
