Email problems

I have my hotmail account synchronised with my Blackberry but it has suddenly stopped working. If I try to send an email it says:

Message Status: User account is in INVALID mode.

And won't send the message.

Has anyone any ideas how to fix it??? please :smile:

That sounds like it might be a problem with your hotmail and not the BB. You can also try resending your service books via options or through the BIS website for your carrier.

Other than that I'm not really sure what that could be, but sounds like a hotmail issue?

Login to your BIS account and revalidate your Hotmail address (just click on it and the rest is simple).
