View Full Version : Blackberry 8700 Enterprise Activation

I am having an issue with a blackberry we are trying to setup with enterprise email activation. The issue is we enter the email address and the password and we receive the error message "unable to configure". Has anyone come across this? I think the user selected a regular data plan and not a blackberry data we he called at&t to setup an account please if this is the issue or not. Thx

If you're receiving the message almost immediately (rather than 10-15 minutes later) then I think you're on the right track with the wrong data plan (or maybe it's only a BIS, not a BES plan).

Does your company have T-Support? There is a site you can put in the PIN and IMEI if you have at least Tx2 and it will tell you immediately if the device has the correct plan or not.
