Unlocking BB 7250 from Bell Mobility

I picked up a used BB 7250 which used to be on a Bell Mobility Network. All aspects of the BB are working fine. The only issue is that I am not interested in using Bell. I also know that my options are limited as Bell uses CDMA and not GSM. Is there ANY way to unlock the phone to be used by a different Carrier?

Any help would be appreciated.

CDMA carriers, as a rule, do not allow devices from other carriers onto their networks. It is highly unlikely you can use the 7520 on another CDMA carrier.
