Synchronize Calendar issues

My BB(BOLD) could not sync calendar, but everything else is fine.
After get online support for 1 hour without solving it. I found that the device->options->advanced options -> default services->CICAL should be set to your MS Outlook email, not bb ones. But in my case, I need to set the (CMIME) to bb address to send/recv msg on the way...

I am NOT completely care of your issue. To setup my calendar issue, I chose the CICAL from the module of the email acct I was using. If that didn't work, I deleted all of the other CICAL accts from my service books to force that one acct to be my default.
