Blackberry manager is disabled

Every time I connect my Blackberry 7250 to my computer and try to add stuff to it, the media manager says it's disabled. When I click on media manager or email settings, it says my blackberry must be connected when it already is. I have windows vista and my manager is version 4.2 service pack 2. Does anyone have a solution?

Most likely because the 7250 doesn't support music, ringtones, pictures, etc. as do the newer devices,nor does it have an SD card.

Is this BB also connected to BES? Could be an IT Policy as well.
