View Full Version : Cannot send on reply and service book doesn't work.

Hi guys, I have a big bad problem here.
I'm the administrator of a BES server, and in my Company the employee left the office for a week and went in London.
When he came back here, the BB lost all the phone calls and the e-mails.
Here what I did:

I wiped the BB and reinstalled from scratch
I removed and recreated the user inside BES

Now: the BB works fine but on reply to an e-mail the send command disappeared, but the send service is enable in my policy (I don't use policy in the BES ...) and when you press more, it appears this message "Service book unavailable ...".
From BES I resent the service book 10 times and i didn't receive any error ...
But it still doesn't work.
Any suggestion? The carrier says we should buy a new BB.
All the other users (12) included me, we don't have any issue.

Check with the carrier's enterprise tech support and have them make sure the device is correctly provisioned for an Enterprise data plan and not for BIS.

Certain carriers that shall remain nameless are prone to make incorrect changes when making other changes on the account - like turning International support on or off!
