The 8310 is currently only at 4.5.0.124 for publicly released OS.

There is no such thing as OS 4.6 or 4.7.

There is a Desktop Manager version 4.6 and 4.7.

when i click the download link it brings up blackberry.com/downloads theres no 4.5 OS in there its 4.3 or 4.6?what am i missing?

also the desktop manager doesnt no need to match the software?everyone seems to be going to the desktop software 4.5 isnt there the device software to download also?2 different files? can i download desktop manager 4.7 and install v4.5 OS?im so confused

Some people find Desktop 4.7 (the latest) to be a little buggy. I'd stick to Desktop Manager 4.6 for now.
