Question on BB curve and WIFI

If you dont have wifi im sure you can still surf but over the phones data plan.

You should have a data plan or you will pay a very high data charge.

For best Internet access, you shoudl have a BB data plan. You can use a generic plan, but you don't get email.

As long as you have the BB data plan, yes you can still browse the web over the GPRS or EDGE network you are connected to (unless you are connected to a voice only tower)
