whenever texting, the letter 'c' does not work (unless I pry on it very hard from the side). Pretty sure this isn't a moister problem. Plus, whenever depressing this key, I do not keep the same click or 'feel' as the other keys.
Question: I know that a new keypad can be purhased but isn't it only a rubber membrane? Can the element behind the membrane be replace (purchase). If so, what is this part called? Thank you in advanced!
