View Full Version : Lost Internet on 7100i after BES activation

Greetings all,

I have a client who has received 2 Nextel Blackberry 7100i's and was able to surf the Net on both until we added him to the BES. Everything works fine with regard to his BES activation, except he LOST his internet access. The pain! Our BES admin thinks it may be a firmware or software update that is needed, but I'm looking for a more defined response. Thanks.
