hey
i bought a device that what used before be someone else and when i wanted to open a BIS account it said that the PIN is already registered with another provider, so at the mean time im using my bb as a regular phone.
any suggestions what to do?

Yep.

You or the previous user must call the previous carrier and request that the PIN be released. Explain that you have bought a used device and the previous user is not using it now on that account.

Ask nicely... they don't have to release it for you. They should for sure, if the previous user asks.
