I have a pearl 8120 and just installed the newest OS software from the Blackberry website. Everything installed just fine.
I lost my preloaded images and found that this was a known problem. I was instructed to use my blackberry and go to the blackberry help site. The problem I'm having is that when I try to go to the help site, I get a screen that says I need to use the blackberry browser to access the help site.
I am using the blackberry browser. How do I get the website to recognize the browser?
