compose an email mark as private

is there any way way I can compose an email and set the sensitivity private ?
I know if you recieve an email from outlook marked as private and forward it on it stays marked as private.

Are there any third party apps that allow me to do this or any new versions of OS with this capability.

As an alternative I guess if you can set a template up which is marked as private this may also work. are there any free apps that let you use templates also.

I don't believe you can.

I believe templates is something that will become available in o/s 5.0

Does anybody know any 3rd partys apps that let you set the sensitivity. (Normal, Personal, Private, Confidential).
