GPS doesn't work

I always get the following error:
Unable to reach the server. Please try again later.

I tried taking the battery off and putting it back on. didn't help.
I tried refreshing GPS. didn't help.

Does anyone know how to make it work?

OK, first of all what exactly are you trying to do and how?

Check out the GPS & Map secton of the forum.

You need to have "Location Services ON"

You need a BB data plan.

You need a map application such as BB Maps or Google Maps.

You need to be outside, with a clear view of the sky to get a GPS signal. Could take 15-20 minutes if this is the first time it has been activated or you have moved a long distance from the last activation.

What os version are you using?

Different ones take longer to register/ and find your location. The original .167 has very slow gps lock-on
