I just bought a 7250 used it for an hour and recieved. jum error 102. I need to wipe the device and restore a new system. can anyone assist me on how to do that.

Multiple posting serves no purpose.

A JVM 102 means that the operating system is corrupted.

Downlod the latest handheld OS from your carrier.
Install it.
Get a copy of "Javaloader" - search for it here.
Unzip Javaloader. Connect your BB (Desktop Manager should not be running)
Open a DOS prompt, navigate to where you unzipped Javaloader and type

javaloader -usb wipe

That will completely wipe out the BB. Everything.

Then restart Desktop Manager and it should reload the OS.

i did exactly that when I unzipped the file it really didn't do anything. i restarted desktop manager went app. loader it state to check what you want updated and it stated operating system not installed. how to I manually install the system
