Have an interesting situation here. I have the Desktop Software v4.2 installed (only approved version right now for the company I work for) and only use the device drivers for BlackBerries.
We run the BB AppLoader from a server, which gets the OS versions updated, so all the techs can have access to it.
I have had no problems up until yesterday. For some reason when I plug a BB in, I don't get the bubble that says "installing device drivers" and when I run the AppLoader, I can't install the OS. I can install some applications through the loader that we have available there, but not the OS.
If the BB has a Micro SD card in it, the PC will recognize the card, too.
I have tried uninstalling the desktop software, reinstalling, restarting, uninstalling the BB drivers, reinstalling. Nothing is working! >.<
