I contacted TMo about the call timer issue. They said that since I have the latest firmware, I can get a replacement phone of equal or greater value, which could be refurbished. Does anyone think that it's worth returning it and trying to see if they send me a 7105t?

Any thoughts?

Doubt it, the new 7105 just came out and I highly doubt that they already have any refurbished ones on their hands to start sending out.

They said that it might be refurbished, they weren't sure, but it had to be of equal or greater value than my 7100t which I just got 1 month ago.

I called TMo last night about it to try and figure out exactly what I would be getting. The lady I talked to said it would be a replacement 7100t and that most of the replacements they send are new units, but it could be a refurbished unit.

The question is, do I have anything to really worry about getting a refurbished unit from TMo?
