Downloading 8330 pics, Video to PC

My office is all Mac-based with one PC. I've been told that I can't download files to my Mac but can with Desktop Mgr which is installed on the PC.

Having helluva time. Can someone point me to step-by-step? (Desktop Manager Help does not cover this subject)

Transferring pics, and video to a mac isn't any harder then using a windows based machine. Though for this to be as simple as possible you should have a SD card inserted into the phone and have mass storage turned on. If you turn mass storage on, then when you plug the phone up to the windows or mac machine, it'll act like a flash drive. This is how i have mine set up so that i can just plug it up to any machine and pulls files from the phone or put files on it instead of always having to use the desktop manager. Another way could be if the mac has blue tooth, you should be able to pair the devices, in case you don't have an SD card.
