BB Enterprise Messenger 2.1.15 icon

Hi,

i have installed enterprise messenger 2.1.15 for lotus sametime with desktop manager on a Bold but the icon for run application isn't nowhere.
I controlled modules and these have been installed correctly.
I tryed to install all language modules but nothing changed.
I have used sametime_Desktop_2[1].1.15c.zip file that i have downloaded from blackberry site.

Can anyone tell me something about this problem??

Have you done a battery pull?

I have done battery pull and reboot the handheld but nothing.

Not sure, I deployed SameTime wireless from the BES and it all went well for every user so far, you may want to check with the BES Admin corner.
