Not Reconized

My BB was working fine on my PC now Windows does not recognize, I have reinstalled software twice and nothing. When I plug it in it will start charging then get the not reconiz message and will stop charging.. Any Help

Are you connecting directly to a USB port or a hub? Have you tried other ports?

Try rebooting both the device and the PC and see if that helps.

I have tried 3 different pc's I think the plug on the phone is bad? I dont use USB hubs

yes it will charge but now i need to play with it a little to find a good spot..

If you have to "play with it a little" just to get it charge from a wall outlet it might just be the USB port on the phone.

DANG! car charger works fine. Is it possible that both wall charger and sync cables are bad? they both are new

Might want to make sure that the connectors are the right size for you BlackBerry. Do the connectors look the same on your wall charger and datacable as they do on your car charger?

HHmm, car charger works fine... Maybe it's the wall Outlets... possibly they are bad cables that really is some bad luck.

Got a new cable, lap top sees that it is a BB UNTILL I install the DM then back to square one...It does not reconize the device just pulled the battery and no luck. im getting mad
