View Full Version : HELP!! Facebook app not working on my 8310

I downloaded Facebook for my 8310 and whenever I open it it says:

This application has been blocked by your corporate system administrator. Contact your system administrator for more information.

[?!?!]

I bought this phone from a previous user. First I contacted AT&T and they told me to contact the person I bought it from so I did, and he said he notified his company to turn off the "enterprise activation"? I even wiped the entire device and it still isn't working.

Hope someone can help me out with this! Thanks in advance.

I would wipe it with Jl_Commander and do a full re-load of the OS. You could also manually delete the IT policies right from the phone's service books.

I am having some issues, partly because I am not as savvy with this kind of stuff. Does it make a difference if I have a Mac and not a PC? Also, do I need some sort of chord to connect my laptop to the Blackberry? Because I don't have one...
