Not in a correct manner, no.

Also, your device, the 8330, does not have GPRS in it, only CDMA 1X EVDO.

Well, you didn't specify that.

In any case, my answer still stands. Having a BlackBerry plan is the correct way to use a BlackBerry device. Anything else is a workaround, and may or may not work.
