A friend of mine has the option of getting a 8820 and 8320 through his company. Can any of you guys tell me the difference between the two, as well as any pros and cons??

Also, for those of you that live in Florida, which service would you suggest - Verizon or AT&T???

Technical feature wise, I think the two main differences is that the 8820 does not have a camera as it is more business oriented but it has GPS capability. The 8320 does not have GPS, but does have wifi like the 8820.

If your friend gets a chance to pick one (or does he get both?), I'd suggest he take a look at the devices in person to see which he feels more comfortable with. There is a slight difference in keyboard design, but its a bit hard to describe.

Also, the 8820 and 8320 are only offered on AT&T and not Verizon. Verizon has similar models in the 8830 and 8330, however neither of those models come with Wi-Fi; only GPS.

8320 comes through TMo also.

Totally different feel of each model's keyboard. IMHO, the 8820 keyboard is the best.

This is critical if you send tons of emails/text messages every day. Get the keyboard that feels best to you. Totally subjective, but important.

Unless the camera is an issue, it will really come down to comfort.
