Ok so this is something I've been searching for a long time.

In my sms box texts are displayed as indicidual messages. Is there any way at all to have them displayed as threads? Ex: person a I text a lot and want to have one long message thread that displays all the text messages and show up as one message in the inbox instead of having each individual message displayed?

No, not with the current BB software releases.
There might be a 3rd party app, but AFAIK, there is no native way to do this.

You could try BBText2IM. This 'should' do what you're asking.

Threaded texting, are you referring to what you see in an instant message sessions or like how all (I think) Palm PDA/phone devices have been doing for years?

Wow, I thought threads-texting was standard, I guess our family have been using Palm PDA/phones too long !
