I keep on losing details to my contacts after sync of bb bold 9000. Using desktop 4.7. Is there some setting I have to setup to help resolve contacts during sync? Perhaps its got something to do with updating contacts on device and on desktop(outlook). Additionally, is there some application that makes contact management easier than default?

What application on your PC are you connecting them with? I supposed you have got the settings not to replace one with another but to sync?

The contacts still exist - just that details like numbers, email are gone so I end up with empty contacts
