Easiest way to wipe my BB?

I just got my 8900 in the mail today and I'm giving my gf my 8320.

What's the easiest way to wipe all my info from the device?

No worries!

Go to Options>Security Options>General Settings, then press the menu key. You will see a menu item called "wipe handheld" Follow the steps from there.

Step 1. Follow ndub's instructions.

Step 2. Be astonished at how easy that was.

Step 3. Give gf old BBerry.

Step 4. Enjoy the thanks your gf shall bestow upon you.

Doesn't putting the wrong password in >10 times work too? Or is the above method a more comprehensive wipe?

Same end result, going through the options path is just quicker. And not everyone has a password on their BlackBerry.

If you a few hours to spare, enable content protection then do the security wipe, the wipe will take HOURS :)

Use a clean cotton cloth...that works pretty good. Maybe microfiber?
