Synchronize MSOutlook E-mails with BB

Dear All,

I am very new user of my BB Bold 9000 and I just wanna to make synchronization between MS Outlook and BB. Everythings works fine Calendar, Tasks, Notes except E-mails. My desktop managers dont ask for any synchronization options like for Calendar and after sync BB`s messages are empty.

Anybody help?

Blackberrys don't "sync" email. The servers at RIM deliver it to your device independently of what happens with your pc. You cannot transfer the content of your Outlook inbox to your Blackberry. Calendar, notes, tasks, and address book all sync like you'd expect. Not mail.

If you are on BIS, as I assume that you are, then Rambo has it pegged. To sync email, you need either BES or a hosted BES solution.
