Message Tracking with BIS?

Hey all, I know that this is a no brainer with BES but when blackberry users are BIS connected rather than BES connected is there any way to track their IM's? we need a way to audit what is a happening over IM due to pending litigation.

ok so if BIS connected devices cannot give us what we need in terms of IM auding, can a Blackberry device be connected to both a BES server and still use a BIS service?

Our Blackbery users pick up email from more that just one source so making them BES connected only would be a problem, but if I could make them BES connected for one email account and allow the others to still be picked up using BIS, then could I get the auditing of the IM functions that we are looking for?

You can connect a device to one BES service and upto I believe 7 BIS addresses at once,

1 BES and 1 BIS for each BB. BIS actually supports integration of up to 10 email accounts.
