View Full Version : replaced broken 7250, email not working

Hi, I would appreciate your help and advice.

I broke my 7250 and verizon gave me a replacement.

I connected it to my laptop via the usb cable and synched. All my contacts are in and I see older emails, but I am not seeing any new emails and emails i send show up as sent, but they are not being received.

I would appreciate your help!

If you are on a BES, you have to re-activate.
If you are on a BWC/BIC (webclient), you have to re-register your handheld with the new PIN.
If you are on both, you'll have to do both.
