Has anyone every had any experience with a blackberry that gets a device error 395 when any audio is played. I have only the original ringtones on the BB, and when I recieve a phone call or attempt to change the ringtone, the BB recieves a devire error 395 and I have to reset the BB. The solution I have come up with is to use vibrate for everything. I have reinstalled the os, I have uninstalled blackberry desktop, and reinstalled it, wiped the BB clean, mulitple times. I have searched and googled for the last week without any success.
