Calendar 1 Hour Behind

I am on a BES server using Exchange Microsoft Outlook. My exchange server shows the correct time for calendar items. On the Blackberry units, they are 1 hour behind. Exchange sever and Bes server are both set to Day Light Savings and look fine. Why are the calendar items on the blackberrys behind 1 hour??:cry::cry:

What blackberry model are you using? if you are using old models, like 87xx you may need to apply the daylight savings time patch.
