My attorney's here have Verizon World Edition phones and a few have Curves. I have all the email set up through POP and I use BIS to set up their signatures etc. Most are on 4.2 or 4.3 software with their phones. I'm the only one on OS 4.5. For some reason whenever an e-mail is sent from a Blackberry it is stored on my mail server in the user's sent items. The messages are not going into their Outlook sent items but the sent items on the POP side and can only be cleared if I go into each user and manually delete their sent items. If I don't clear them out, their mailbox eventually will fill up and they won't be able to receive anymore messages. I am trying to figure out a way for the messages to not appear at all in the sent items on the mail server. I looked on the BIS and did not see any filters that would help me out so I came here. Any help would be greatly appreciated and if anymore information is needed I will gladly provide it. Thank you.
