Hi I am new here and would like to know if it you can turn html off on the blackberry? I have looked through the settings and cant find it? I have a blackberry bold on a BES using Microsoft Exchange I am not a fan of the html emails and just want the plain text.

IS this something that can be done on my device or would it have to be every user on the server?

Thanks

Hmm... sounds strange.. let's try it again.

Let me repeat what "MrKyoo" said.. Click on the "Messages" icon on your BlackBerry. Hit the Menu Key.. now scroll to select "Options" .. Click on it to select it. Then scroll to "Email settings".. click it.. then scroll to "Enable HTML Email" and then set the value for the same to "NO".

Hope this helps.
