View Full Version : Not vibrating...same user....two devices

A user called to complain his BB was not vibrating when receiving email or phone calls. After trying to fix it, I replaced the device. Kept the same SIM card (so he could keep his phone number), but went into BES Mgr and deleted his account and readded him. Then activated. He gets email and phone calls, but no vibrating, despite the settings in Profile set to 'default'.

How could this problem follow him from device to device, unless it is just a huge coincidence? I thought I might get an answer here before I called and suffered through tech support.

Maybe someone has a little insight on what could be happening here?
