I have BB desktop manager ver 4.5 I can't find intellisync. I believe you need that to move contacts from outlook to BB .is that right ? Thanks

Welcome to the forums.

There's no Intellisync option. However, you should see an synchronization icon. Click on that and then configure DM to sync your device with Outlook.

Intellisync was the old name (don't know if there were any behind-the-scenes changes as well or not).
