How do i change the number of rings that my phone makes before my voice mail picks up

It rings four times by default. Call Care and ask them to add Ringtime Extension if that isn't long enough.

Yup -- call your carrier. It's not a setting on the BB itself.

I just talked to a sprint rep and according to them there is no option for increasing the number of rings.
