Hi I inherited my company BlackBerry, but support does not go as far as IT is helping me to delete the IT policy. I tried the how-to described in the FAQ. With no luck. Is there any help/company available who would do this. I plan to stay with the same provider. Also I am happy to pay.

Thanks

I would contact your provider and ask to speak with RIM. RIM will be able to help with removing IT policies.

if your device OS is 4.5, you can use JL_Cmdr to reset it to factory settings, that means no IT Policy at all.

That's awesome! And does this mean that the Easter Bunny is real, too? ;-)

Don't even joke about that! That is not funny. The Easter Bunny is coming to see me next weekend!

Santa Claus visited me during Kwanzaa.

That would explain why he didn't visit me this year. Thanks for that, I needed that closure.

He only visited me because I was a good girl this year.

We are horrible thread crappers. Does that make us great at thread crapping?

To get back on topic and to touch on what jripke74 stated. Also, the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus collectively can remove an IT policy.

Right! I think this is the best solution to the problem.

I tried the how-to described in the FAQ. With no luck.
Might help to post some specifics. What exactly does "no luck" mean? What happened? Any error messages?
