One of my email accounts sends me a copy of the email I send out from a PC. I dont know if its a setting on my phone or the email account.

any help?

is that a BES account? because that's the way it should work

No, not a BES account. Its my school email. If I send an email from the PC, I will get a copy of it sent to my phone. On my phone I have Confirm Delivery, Confirm Read, and Send Read Receipts all turned off.

That e-mail appears as a sent item? or as a new e-mail?
If appears as a new e-mail you could create a filter to block those e-mails at the BIS site
