I'm new to the BB world still feeling my way around this site.
Ok guys I need your help, I try to open my Help menu and when I try to open it, it comes up with this error

* Uncaught exception java.lang.NullPointerException *

Can my BB family help me out with this one.....

An upgrade should help your cause.

Running V 4.02.49

Try clicking application loader on your desktop manager...
when it shows you the options of what to add...scroll down and see if Help is checked off.

I get these kind of errors quite a lot. They are resolved on my BB by pulling the battery and rebooting.
