I just purchased a 7100i from my local independent Sprint/Nextel Dealer.....It is used but seems to function alright except for the fact that I am unable to make any calls from my contact list or even return a call from my incoming call log. I get a message that "the number or code is incorrect" I am using my Boost Mobile Sim Card and am not sure if that is the problem or not.

Any assistance would be great. I know that I will not get all of the functionality of BB using Boost...I'm OK with that as long as I do not have to manually dial every number that I want to call.

Welcome to the forums.

Go into your call log, press the trackwheel, select options, go into smart dialing and see what the country code is set to.

I am new to the phone thank you for the reply....I can not seem to find the "options" feature

When you're in the call log and you press the trackwheel, what options do you see?
