I just upgraded to v4.5.0.124 from 4.5.0.55 and am not able to sync either way between my device and Outlook calendar. When I upgraded to v4.5.0.55 I had the same problem that was resolved by deleting the CICAL email accounts from service books and then resending service books. This time the only email accounts in service books are CMIME. I can sync tasks, notes, and contacts but not calendar entries.
