s/mime support package. . .

I have tried to download this app. Several times & for some reason I am unable to do so. Will someone please tell me where I can get a s/mime application that works & how to download this item directly to my phone? Thank you in advance. : )

The S/MIME support is added in OS 4.5, I believe.
