Got 4.5. Now Upgrade to DocsToGo 1.006 Failing

Got Word to Go an Slides to Go as part of 4.5 upgrade. When I "Check for Updates" from one of the apps, I get a free maint upgrade to 1.0060. I'm Trying to follow instructions to "maintenance upgrade" to 1.006.051, which is supposed to also give me Sheet to go.

First message during download states there is already a module called "DocstogoCommon" and replacing it will replace it. "Yes". Next alert states the downloaded module is incompatible with data already stored on the device and loading it may mean some apps don't work. "Yes". Then "Download Failed".

Any ideas?

delete the application and then go to dataviz.com and download the whole program.

You will get standard versions of sheets, docs and slideshow - 4.5 comes with standard version, so yes, it's the same as what you have now, plus sheets. And it's free. Premium (pay) version adds pdf reader and ability to create new docs from scratch.

I'm having a very similar problem, and when I attempt to download it thru the link, it asks for my registration code, I have no idea where to look for this. The DocsToGo apps came pre-installed in my Bold.

Go to Documents to Go on your phone. Open Word to Go. Press Menu. Click on About. It will list your information. If you haven't registered, you will need to do so.
