WTA - how to enter MEP code into 58xx?

Hi all

I just got an old 5810 (brand Rogers AT&T), put my simcard and showed "Invalid simcard". I guess it's still locked. Anyone know how to show the MEP dialog box on 58xx? I tried the usual MEP2 but did not work.

or, any other way to unlock it?
