Ok, I DID do a search but didn't find exactly what I was looking for.
Here is the deal.
I am a Realtor and plan on getting a BB. (waiting for 8700) I have set up with ExchangeMyMail and will use their BES. I use Outlook2003.
Now:
I want to get another BB for my wife. The purpose would be to allow us to share calendar and tasks as a "family group". She uses Outlook2003 at work and uses her calendar with group. They have their own BES but she would NOT be authorized to be a member. She uses a PALM just to take her calendar with her while out of the office. Not for emails etc. (Although if she could synch emails but not work with them wirelessly it would be an added benefit for her) I believe her IT group would assist her in the set up.
I would like to replace her PALM and cell phone with a blackberry. Put her on my Exchange mymail with her own email address and BES on my end. Her calendar would be sycned with our BES and her Calendar at work.
Does this make sense? Can it be done? How?
