Emails not deleting off server?!

Hi folks!

I just did an OS upgrade to 4.5.0.127 on my Pearl 8130.

And now, when I receive a SPAM message, I select "delete off handheld and mailbox".

But when I check my email again through Thunderbird or Outlook, those messages are still there!! unread!!

Why is this happening all of a sudden? It used to work SOOO perfectly!!

I did a battery pull too, and nothing :(

should I roll-back my OS Update? Is that easy? Don't even know where to start :(

Log into your BIS account and resend your service books.

What email service are you using? Yahoo/Gmail? are the emails being deleted from the webmail?

It's my own domain and email server. And funny thing is, it worked perfectly before my OS update. So I'll do the ol 'resend your service books' routine. Perhaps that's all it is!

I really need this feature back. That's the main reason I got my blackbree.

how do I roll back to a previous OS?

or, just before I do that: what exactly should me settings be in my BB email?

this is what I have:

Delete On: Mailbox and Handheld
wireless reconcile: on (can't change this anyway, it won't let me)
on conflicts: mailbox wins

alrighty...

So, I had to roll back to OS ver. 4.5.0.101

and it works!! Perfectly!!

whew...now I can get on with life ;)
