the other issue to ponder (or just look at the list in the other post) is whether or not this adapter is compatible with the 7100i. I only bring that up cuz we're in the 7100 discussion thread and that might be a pertinent bit of info if one were buying this under the belief that it would be compatible with your xp-sp2 pc/7100i.
good point harry. looking at their webpage, it doesn't appear that it'd be compatible, as it actually gets an error using Microsoft's generic BT driver (which is what is 'required').

no catch. For about 2-3 weeks they have 21 dollars of yours. Then they mail you a rebate that takes another 4-6 weeks.

6 bucks for shipping.

so you pay for shipping. then you play the MIR game. laziness is a plague, and they bank on the fact that you won't jump through the hoops to get a MIR. 4-6 weeks is being pretty generous for the OnRebate.com rebates. it generally takes 8-12 weeks to receive your check or online deposit (less time for the latter, but still a while).

Exaclt. I suppose that there is a large number of people that just don't bother sending it in....
