Bell phone on Telus account?

I have just been given a BB 8703 from our IT guy. He has these phones lying around since the these models have been upgraded with newer models. These phones are Bell branded. My question is would I be able to switch this phone over so that I may use it with my Telus account?

As long as the phone is unlocked, you should be able to use it (subject to them using the same network bands etc). My understanding is that Bell and Telus are on the same band...

CDMA carriers typically do not allow devices from other CDMA carriers to be activated on their network. There's no "unlocking" with CMDA devices.
