I was wondering if anyone out there knows of a way to reload the operating system on the curve without having to down grade to 4.3 and then upgrade back to 4.5. I have a curve that has a few qwerky things going on and you can't just format the phone and reload the system or if you can i dont know how. I welcome any suggestions. Thank you.

I may have left a few things out. This is a corporate phone and i am wanting to reinstall the verizon version of the os that comes preloaded. Those instuctions do work but they are for upgrading not necessarly for just reinstalling. Thank you for the quick response but i am looking for a way to format the phone and reinstall the carrier's OS.

What OS came with the device? What OS are you currently running? These details are needed to assist you.

Also, reloading the OS will break your connection with BES. Is your BES admin/IT dept. aware that you're doing this?
